Machinery Reliability Services was founded in south Florida in 2018 by Richard Silvera. Richard began his career as a large motor mechanic at Tampa Armature Works, INC where he spent 13 years gaining experience in the industry. Throughout those years, he learned from colleagues with many years of experience and quickly became certified through various companies to perform several field service jobs. With a passion to get the job done right, he went on to provide field service to ensure machinery reliability in water treatment plants, power plants, factories, sugar mills, commercial buildings, aerospace facilities, storage warehouses, mines and many more. Today, Richard has teamed up with some of his colleagues to provide quality service and exceptional machinery reliability.
